Tots Tumbling (ages 3-5)

Introduction to tumbling for motor skills development, strength, balance, and fun.

Powerhouse Tumbling

Session 1 Tumbling

Learn the correct tumbling forms to obtain skills starting with back walkover. Introduction class that leads to working on the back handspring.

Session 2 Tumbling

Moving on from session 1 to define a proper back handspring, and move towards higher level skills.

Session 3 Tumbling

Advanced tumbling skills of a tuck and higher. Learn successful body motions for upper elite skills.

Junior Level 1

Jr Level 1 (ages 6-9)

Introduction to common tumbling, proper form of skills, and the building blocks for successful tumbling.
